1. Coin Hunt World - Intro

I am going to start things off with Coin Hunt World, simply because I have played it for some time. This is the app that inspired me to start this project. A large percentage of the people I shared the game with, thought it was a scam. 

Let's dig in and see how it goes:


The game is currently only available to Android users. There are some sticking points with Apple, so it has not moved out of the beta testing on Test flight. Test flight limits the beta accounts to 10,000 and has been at capacity for some time.

The developers are rolling out the game, on a country by country basis. Therefore, it is not available everywhere. Currently, the game is playable in Canada, The United States, The United Kingdom, El Salvador, The Philippines and Malaysia. If you are not in one of these countries, you are unable to play at this time.

Once you download the game, open the app and take a look around you. Depending on where you are playing, what you will see will vary between players. Some locations have vibrant playing communities, while other areas are waiting for you to help create hunting grounds. 

One of the first steps you will want to complete, is to build your headquarters (HQ). From the HQ, you will access several different game features, but most important is the daily mystery boxes. the mystery boxes come 3 times a day and usually contain keys. Keys are what you use to open the vaults out in the community. 

Once you have some keys, you can go out and hit the vaults. Use the keys of corresponding color in the vaults. Each color vault rewards more crypto, but the keys are harder to obtain. I will go into detail on the keys in another post. 

Correctly answered vault questions will reward you with one of three things: a box containing crypto, a box containing resources, or a choice between the crypto or the resources. You will need to collect resources before you are able to unlock the Uphold Exchange. My suggestion is to play for a bit and see how it goes. Your crypto can be banked within the game and you will get resources from the resource only boxes.


You can always see your crypto and resources that are in-game, by clicking on the key button (shown above) in the lower right corner of the screen. This button will allow you to access your inventory. You will see: Keys, Crypto, Resources, Cubie Blue Prints, Owned NFT's, Owned HQ Skins and Printed cubies. 

Tasks you will want to complete fairly quick

1. Upgrade your HQ to level three
2. Start placing User Vaults - (will be discussed in the upcoming vault post)
3. Recruit some friends

Coin Hunt World- Evaluation

Game Type:  Trivia In game currency:  Keys Crypto payouts:  Bitcoin and Ethereum are standard. Occasional special events will give opportunities to collect other cryptocurrencies. Payout Frequency:  Payouts are processed every Thursday. The game uses Uphold for the United States and Canada. I believe New York is the only state that does not allow Uphold, so currently there is no cash out option for NY residents. This is also true for citizens of The United Kingdom, El Salvador, The Philippines, and Malaysia. The Developers are actively working on adding exchanges in these locations. Additional Payout Information:  The game takes a snapshot of your earnings at a random time on Wednesday. If you have at least $10 USD in crypto value, you will get that crypto transferred to your exchange account.
